Wadah Al Taha is a diversified experienced professional with nearly 30 years in the MENA region. His academic background as an Assistant Professor/ Lecturer in different higher education institutions in both levels, undergraduate and postgraduate, his long professional- practical experience in Investments, Stock Markets, Risk Management and Corporate Governance as well as an external examiner for MBA dissertations, differentiated him as a multi-disciplined professional in the region .
Wadah Al Taha holds many Academic and professional certificates in different areas, such as Investments, Fraud, Financial Analysis as well as M.Sc. in Accounting and MBA.
He is also a member in many prestigious international professional associations like European Corporate Governance Institute, Canadian Economic Association, and International Association for Energy Economics , in addition to the membership in the UAE advisory Board of Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Wadah Al Taha adopts an applied, comparative approach in his lectures, analysis, and research, in which he strongly believes that such approach provides depth, logic and solution scenarios.
He worked at University of Dubai, National Bank of Abu Dhabi and Emaar Financial Services; Chief Investment Officer for a family group of companies in Dubai. Currently he worked as an advisor/expert for some government departments and companies in UAE.
