Viktoriya Mustafina is the Deputy Chairman of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange, one of the leading commodity exchanges in the CIS. She oversees strategic development, financial management, and corporate governance of the exchange.

Prior to her role at UZEX, Viktoriya accumulated 20 years of experience in various public bodies. Her roles ranged from Chief Expert on financial analysis and financial recovery of state-owned enterprises to Head of the Department for control of M&A transactions and state shares in the economy of the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Viktoriya has also served on the supervisory boards of various state-owned enterprises and played a crucial role in the drafting of competition legislation in Uzbekistan.
