Tina Simonishvili is a Vice President in investment banking at TBC Capital, focusing on DCM and ECM advisory services. Before joining TBC Capital in 2022, Tina worked at TBC Bank as a Syndications Lead, covering co-financing transactions at the corporate banking department. Prior to that, Tina has been the Head of Investor Relations and Funding at Georgia Global Utilities, water utility and renewable energy arm of London Stock Exchange listed company – Georgia Capital. Tina started her career (2010-2015) at Bank of Georgia Group in corporate and investment banking. Tina has MSc degree in International Management from King’s College London and BBA degree in Finance from Caucasus School of Business.
