Chris is the founding member of the Percival business that began over 35 years ago.  After attaining his PhD in Computer Science, he gained five years’ experience as a consultant and system architect for Coopers & Lybrand.  From the outset, he specialised in building share registration systems and became involved in designing and building systems for CSDs when these organisations first started to be implemented after the release of the first G30 recommendations in 1989.  Chris has extensive knowledge of capital markets including both trade and post-trade processes; he has been the system architect for all four generations of CSD and Registry products from Percival, which have been implemented in over 35 countries around the world including the EU, Eastern Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.  Under Chris’s guidance, Percival recently completed a new trading platform product, for which he acted as the domain expert.
