Armenuhy Hovakimyan is the Deputy Secretary General of the Federation of Euro-Asian Capital Markets (FEAS), where she plays a key role in strengthening collaboration among member exchanges and driving the federation’s strategic initiatives.

She began her career in 2003 at the Armenian Stock Exchange, later NASDAQ OMX Armenia, where she advanced from intern to Business Development Manager, gaining deep expertise in capital markets, exchange and depository operations as well as technologies.

Armenuhy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and has extensive experience in organizing international conferences, educational programs, and industry dialogues across the region. In addition to her role at FEAS, she teaches Finance in school and frequently contributes as a speaker and moderator at regional events, promoting capital markets, corporate governance, financial literacy and investment awareness.
