Saibjan Khudaiberdiev is a Head of Capital Market Regulation Department at National Agency of Perspective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 

Mr. Khudaiberdiev serves in this position since November, 2023. 

Mr. Khudaiberdiev began his career in Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2002. Served as a judge of the economic court of Tashkent for several years till 2011.

Prior to his current role, he worked in a banking, legal advisory and corporate finance sectors.

Mr. Khudaiberdiev earned his bachelor’s degree from National University of Uzbekistan in 2001.
