Mr. Roohallah Dehghan serves as the CEO and Board Member of Tehran Securities Exchange Technology Management Co. (TSETMC) since April 2019.

He has More than 13 years of experience in Capital market IT Field. Mr. Dehghan is an Expert in Trade, Post-trade and financial data dissemination platforms. 

Roohallah Started his career in Capital Market from Iran Farabourse (IFB) as CTO, when Iran FaraBourse stablished as new generation of exchange in Iran Capital Market in 2009.

He Joined Securities and Exchanges Organization (SEO) as CTO in late 2016.

In 2017 Roohallah joined Rayanbourse (responsible for listed company financial data dissemination platform) as CEO and Board Member.

Mr. Dehghan Graduated from Tehran Polytechnic (AmirKabir University of Technology) with MSc in Information Technology and Mahan Business School with MBA.
