Paolo Casamassima is Partner and Head of Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement at Arqaam Capital, where he leads the firm’s IR Advisory Strategy, flagship Investor Conferences and broader Corporate Access initiatives. He is the former CEO of the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA), where he nearly doubled corporate membership, expanded the association’s footprint into new markets, and launched a series of new initiatives including the IR Academy, IR Marketplace, Corporate Access programmes, and the ESG CIRO certification. Under his leadership, MEIRA hosted the largest IR Association Conference globally in Oman in 2025 drawing over 1,200 delegates in 2025. With nearly 20 years of global experience in investor relations, Paolo has worked with listed companies across the world. He previously served as Head of Global Market Intelligence at Orient Capital (now part of MUFG) and began his IR career at Ipreo (now part of S&P Global). He holds a BA from LUISS University, an MBA from Westminster and Valencia Universities, and an MSt in Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge.
