Graduate of the Tashkent Financial Institute (2005)

In 2003-2006 worked at the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Later, from 2006 to 2017, he worked in various leadership positions in the system of bodies of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including as the first Deputy Head of the Department for Combating Tax, Currency Crimes and Legalization of Criminal Proceeds under the General Prosecutor’s Office.

In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2019 – 2022 worked as Deputy Director of the National Project Management Agency under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Since May 2022 – First Deputy Director of the National Agency for Prospective Projects of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
