Natalya Khoroshevskaya is Chairperson of the Management Board of KASE Clearing Center and Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). She has over 25 years of experience in financial markets, exchange infrastructure, corporate governance and information systems. She began her career at Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC as an economist and progressed to Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board. Since 2023, she has headed KASE Clearing Center JSC.

Natalya Khoroshevskaya holds a degree in Finance and Credit from the Market Institute at the Kazakh State Academy of Management and an MBA from Lomonosov Moscow State University. She was included in the WFE Women Leaders 2021 Global List and has been awarded the Order of Kurmet.
