Khikmatullo Tillaboev boasts two decades of dedicated service at the Uzbek Commodity Exchange (UZEX), where he currently serves as the Advisor to the Chairman on Mass Communication, International Relations, and Derivatives.

His multifaceted roles at UZEX have seen him excel as a Spokesperson, PR Manager, Project Manager, CEO Assistant, and Commodity Markets Analyst. With a keen focus on fostering international relations, exchange trading, and e-commerce operations, Khikmatullo has been pivotal in driving the exchange’s growth and outreach.

He is the creative force behind a weekly news TV program aired on UzReport TV and serves as the Chief Editor of the corporate newspaper “UZEX NEWS.”

Khikmatullo’s expertise extends beyond the confines of UZEX. He completed an esteemed internship in futures trading at Broker Junction L.L.C. in New York City, USA, in 2019. 

Prior to his tenure at UZEX, Khikmatullo contributed his skills to prominent organizations such as The Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (ISRS), Uzvinosanoat-Holding, and TACIS, the EU and Uzbekistan Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA).

He holds a Master’s Degree in International Economics from the Tashkent State University of Oriental Studies and has augmented his knowledge through specialized training in e-commerce from Harbin University, China, and digital procurement from Multimedia University, Malaysia.

Winner of the scholarship “El-Yurt Umidi” Foundation under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
