Kaarel Ots is the Chairman of the Management Board of Nasdaq Tallinn stock exchange.

Since 2012 he has been serving as Member of the Management Board of FinanceEstonia – a cluster organization of 100 members promoting and developing the financial markets.

Kaarel also serves as Member of the Board at Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance, as well as Estonian Service Business Association.

Kaarel Ots joined Nasdaq from Deloitte, where he worked as Head of Financial Advisory. Prior to that he held several positions at UniCredit Bank Estonia for 8 years, including Acting Branch Manager and Head of Corporate Banking.

Kaarel has a Master’s degree in Corporate and Investment Banking from SDA Bocconi School
of Management in Italy.
