Mr John Hermann joined the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) in May of 2015. As a Legal Counsel, supporting all areas of the FSRA with an emphasis on investment funds, banking and capital markets.

Prior to joining the FSRA, John worked in private practice, in the area of investment funds, with an emphasis on REITs. He is a qualified lawyer in both Ontario and New York.

John obtained a BA from Trent University, a BCom from University of Windsor and a LLB from Queen’s University of Kingston.
