Hirander Misra is Chairman and CEO of GMEX Group, a set of companies which offer innovative solutions for the new era of global financial markets through a partnership driven approach.
He is also Founder & Co-Chairman of FinComEco, a fully integrated Financial & Commodities Ecosystem providing services, financing, capacity building and enablement solutions to help improve the livelihoods of Sub Saharan African farmers leveraging blockchain technology.
Mr. Misra is an Advisor to EQI, which will provide innovative banking, trading, custody, lending, clearing and settlement services for fiat and cryptocurrencies.
He is an Advisor to Digital Asset Group (DAG), whose mission is to bridge traditional financial services with emerging digital assets to provide the premier trusted platform to access the digital and crypto economy.
Mr. Misra is Non-Executive Director of Avenir Technology; Non-Executive Director of ALTX Africa Group (ALTX) and its subsidiary ALT Xchange Ltd (ALTX Uganda); Non-Executive Director at Tajikistan’s Central Asian Stock Exchange (CASE) and Closed Joint Stock Company Central Depository; and Director of Misra Ventures Limited, a consultancy.
Formerly, he was the COO and Co-Founder of Chi-X Europe Limited.
