Mr. Arthur Mikaelyan is the founder and CEO of MLL Industries.  Born (1977) and raised in Hrazdan, Armenia, Arthur went on to do his undergraduate degree in the USA.  He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California in 1997 and returned to Armenia to carry out his mandatory military service. After completing his military service he joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Armenia as the Manager of the Capital Markets Monitoring Unit in the Capital Markets Development Program.

After his 2-year career at PWC, he moved on to join his father’s company Energy Net Construction, OJSC, as the head of Investments and New Projects department.  Being entrepreneurial by nature, after one year with ENC, Arthur decided to start his own construction company.

The inception of MLL Industries, LLC, took place in December of 2001 with the aim to specialize in Civil Engineering and Construction projects throughout Armenia.  During the past years of operation the company successfully completed numerous large scale commercial, residential, retail and office building construction projects.

Thanks to the strong team that Arthur had been able to bring together, he was able to take two years off from the daily operations of the company and obtain his MBA degree from Harvard Business School in 2008.

As an MBA student Arthur was also an active member of the HBS community and was elected as the Co-President of the HBS Entrepreneurship Club during 2007-2008 academic year.

He returned to his full-time duty as the CEO of MLL Industries immediately after HBS and is now enjoying work and life in Yerevan, Armenia with his wife, three sons, and daughter.

Arthur is the founding member and the Chairman of MLL Developments, a development company specialized in multi-storey residential projects in Yerevan, Armenia.  He is also an angel investor with a seed and series A capital investments in a number of start-ups outside of Armenia.

Arthur is also the founder member of Angel Investor Club of Armenia and ASG100 LTD, which is helping establishment of manufacturing businesses in near border villages throughout Armenia.

Besides his professional activities, Arthur is also an active member of Young Presidents Organization since 2009 and is a member of Harvard Alumni Club of Armenia.
