Alexander Diakovsky is the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors at ITS.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Moscow State University, holds an MBA from the University of Canterbury (New Zealand), and is a graduate of the IMD Digital Transformation programme (Switzerland).
He has more than 25 years of experience in financial infrastructure and data management. He is involved in the creation and promotion of information products, index solutions and exchange-traded funds.
In 2022, he launched the ITS Index Factory. From 2023 to 2024, he led the development of ETF market infrastructure at the AIFC. He also launched the first index ETFs in Central Asia — ITS’s very own index funds — ITS World and the Islamic ITS Shariah ETF, as well as the Single Stock ETF and the Money Market ETF (ITSD).
